To place an order all your chosen items can be collected in a basket and finalize your order with the help of the order steps. Checking the basket content. Giving the delivery address. (if it’s different from the billing address). Chosing the way of the delivery. Online payment through the PayPal system. Your order and successful online payment shall be confirmed by e-mail.
In the case of faulty or non-fulfill orders the buyer shall be informed if it is possible. We shall inform the buyer about the possible reason of the non-fulfillment.

In the case of any concerns:
If you receive a package in which the products are not the ones which were ordered or are missingitems that were ordered, we request that you follow the procedure below:
- Contact us via e-mail about the exact nature of concern.
- Please return the incorrect products to us via post.
- Please include the cost of return postage and the bank account number so that we mayreimburse for any and all costs to return goods.
- Please wait until we have confirmed receipt of returned goods. Immediately following confirmation we will ship the correct products at no additional costs or fees.
The guarantee period, according to Article 151/2003 (IX.22) of PTK (Civil Code of Hungary) commences on the day of issuing the invoice.
Faulty products are to be sent back to the manufacturer.
4/2. material faults:
The manufacturer checks it in all cases, if the determination of the fault is not clear, they will request it to be checked by an independent military technology laboratory. In the case of a valid complaint, we reserve the right to decide whether to replace the product or have it repaired free of charge.
4/3. Liability does not extend to the following cases:

- 1 Cancellation, Withdrawal
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the goods before the deadline – by returning the goods.
- 2 Consequences
In the event of a cancellation the mutually received benefits returned and any benefits (eg interest). Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. With the release of things this does not apply if the deterioration of the case solely on the test – as it would have been possible in a store – is due. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a purpose by putting the article as provided by the product as your own property and everything that could reduce its value. Package are to be returned at their peril. You have to bear the cost of the return. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins with the dispatch of the cancellation or the goods for us with their receipt.
- 3 Special Notes
The withdrawal does not exist with contracts to supply goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not due to their condition suitable for return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.
Delivery is within 2-3 weeks from the date of placing the order, with DPD (Delivery service provider). In case of individual pieces or made to measure service, delivery time can be longer. Please check whether the required product is in stock prior to payment.
